Let’s bring clean, safe water to our neighbors in Malawi
VBC is partnering with Blue Water Drilling to bring safe, clean water to our neighbors in Malawi. Our goal of $10,000 will sponsor the drilling of two borehole wells, bringing safe water to 4,000 people!
Kids will also learn about the hardships people face when they don’t have access to safe drinking water. In the Water Walk Challenge, kids will carry heavy loads of water while talking and praying to experience the difficulties first-hand. Challenge details are in the “Train Your Heart” bag.
WE HAVE EXCEEDED OUR GOAL! The children involved have raised enough to provide 3 boreholes. That’s amazing.
AND you inspired the congregation to give generously too. They responded by providing funds for an additional 77 boreholes.
